Class Details This is a basic class on canning beans and meats for long-term storage. We will use the Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers as well as the bigger canners we sell here in the center. We’ll start with beans, such as, pinto, kidney etc. Then we’ll teach how very simple it is to pressure can chicken, beef and pork, you can even bottle fish if you desire. This class will fill up fast so plan ahead and sign up early. Come hungry and enjoy dinner with us made from canned products.
