How To Track The Status Of Your Order

All of our orders are shipped via UPS. As soon as your your package leaves our warehouse it is assigned a UPS tracking number.

If you suspect that your order has been delayed or may be lost, please call us at (800) 714-3391 and we will look up your UPS tracking number.

How To Use Your UPS Tracking Number On The Web

• go to the UPS Package Tracking Web page
• enter the tracking number(s) you received from us
• press the "track" button

The Web site will tell you all the details concerning your packages journey.
